The pool and lazy lagoon river are full and are ready for a good pool party! Three of the buildings are completely finished with the rest to follow shortly. The clubhouse is getting it's finishing touches before exercise equipment, furniture, TVs, tanning beds, pool tables, and much more are moved in. Highpointe of Clemson is really coming together and will be complete in no time! Stay posted as we wrap up this project!

Highpointe of Clemson is in the home stretch of construction. The condos, clubhouse, and pool area are on schedule and will be completed by August 2008. The entrance, along with the completed guardhouse, will be done by the end of June. The landscaping of Highpointe Boulevard and Highpointe Field has begun. What a difference trees and grass can make! Highpointe of Clemson Update - May 7th, 2008

April Showers have ended, bringing May Flowers and more updates from Highpointe of Clemson. All the units at Highpointe will be sheet rocked by the middle of May. Building completions are quickly approaching. The clubhouse construction is taking shape. The Lazy Lagoon River and Lagoon Style Pool are in the final stages of completion. The guardhouse is waiting to be built and should take no time to see a finished product. The entrance and main boulevard landscaping is slated to begin shortly. Highpointe of Clemson is rapidly becoming a reality. "Check Out Highpointe" Party!

On April 17th, Highpointe of Clemson hosted the "Check Out Highpointe" party which included Food by Big Dave's BBQ, Music by Hot 98.1, Drinks by Monster Energy Drink, and an appearance by Highpointe's biggest fan, the Clemson Tiger.

We had a great turnout with students and parents. Advantage Property Management was on-site giving tours and signing leases. Thanks to everyone who came out to Highpointe. Look out for many more events at Highpointe in the future.

Highpointe of Clemson Becomes the Home of the Bridge Program!

We are extremely pleased to let you know HIGHPONTE OF CLEMSON has been chosen to be the home of the Tri-County Technical College - Clemson University Bridge Program for Fall 2009.

The Bridge to Clemson University program is a competitive academic enhancement transfer program that freshman will begin at Tri-County Technical College With a strong academic year, these freshman will transfer to Clemson University for their sophomore year. We expect this program to begin accepting approximately 400 students and grow over time to approximately 800 per year. As a requirement they must be housed at one location their freshman year.

Beginning Fall 2009 the freshman class will call Phase II of HIGHPOINTE their home. Not only are we excited to have this support from these schools, but the impact on our community and your investment will be immediate and far reaching.

Update on Construction

With spring in full bloom, so is Highpointe of Clemson’s construction. All 9 buildings in Phase One are now under construction. Roof tops are on buildings 15, 16, 17, and 18. This speedy and efficient progress continues over to the amenity area of Highpointe. A retaining wall and slab for the clubhouse have been poured. The stage and waterfalls are built, defining the pool area, and the Lazy Lagoon River is currently under construction and quickly taking shape. Updated photos are available on our website. Highpointe of Clemson's $20 dollar t-shirt giveway was a great success! The Highpointe Patrol was on the lookout for students that were wearing a Highpointe t-shirt from March 5th - March 8th. Many surprised (and excited) students won $20 dollars on the spot just by supporting Highpointe and wearing their t-shirt.

Because of the great success of this promotion, the Highpointe patrol will be on the prowl once again. On April 12th, the Highpointe patrol will be handing out 20 dollar bills to students wearing their Highpointe t-shirts around the Clemson area. The Patrol will be at the Orange & White Spring Football game, the Clemson Baseball game, and Solid Orange events around Clemson.

Highpointe Leasing Contest Winners

Congratulations to the Highpointe Leasing Contest Winners. If you signed a Highpointe lease before the CU Housing Fair, you would be entered in a drawing for a 42" Plasma TV or a $2000 Spring Break Trip from Small World Travel. The winners were announced at the CU Housing Fair.

Winners of the 42" Plasma TV were Victoria Hayden, Olivia Eppley, Jennifer Olney, and Elizabeth Barragon.

Winner of the $2000 Spring Break Trip were Lindsay Albertson, Margaret Moore, Brittany Long, and Callie Catanlana.

Clemson's Off-Campus Housing Fair

Highpointe of Clemson was present at Clemson University's Off Campus Housing Fair. Hot 98.1, local radio station, was there promoting Highpointe with a Guitar Hero contest and t-shirt giveaways. Along with 98.1, Highpointe representatives gave our t-shirts, koozies, and Highpointe brochures. We have had a great response from the students at the Housing Fair. Thanks to Kunal Joshi and the CUSG Housing Committee for all of their help!
